Hi Sue,
I thought this is the easiest way to show you photos of the black pieces on the boat. The slideshow starts on the left side of the boat and goes all the way around.  

It starts with one small piece, 2 long pieces, one curved corner, straight piece on the back of the boat, another curved piece, 2 long pieces (one is with you right now so you are seeing the dirty spot where it should be) and one small piece.  That makes a total of 9 pieces of varying lengths.
